Foreword

In 2018, the tenth substation equipment bidding of the State Grid Corporation’s power transmission and transformation project mainly includes 13 types of equipment such as: transformers, combined electrical appliances, disconnectors, circuit breakers, switchgear, transformers, arc suppression coils, reactors, capacitors, arresters, cables, protection equipment, substation monitoring, etc. 

Transformer

First, the total amount of transformers 

In the tender for the tenth substation equipment of the State Grid Corporation's power transmission and transformation project in 2018, a total of 2,762 transformers were recruited.

From the perspective of voltage level, 110kV transformers have the highest number of bids, which is 1044 units, accounting for 37.80%; the number of 220kV transformers is second, 666 units, accounting for 24.11%; the number of tenders for 10kV, 35kV, 66kV, 330kV, 500kV, and 750kV transformers was small, 159, 272, 299, 153, 156, and 13.

Second, from the perspective of material types, 1113 sets of capacitive voltage transformers were bidding, accounting for 40.30%; 122 sets of electromagnetic voltage transformers were bidding, accounting for 4.42%; electromagnetic circuit current transformers were bidding 1527 units, accounting for 55.29%.

Second, the status of tenders in the provinces of transformers

In the tender for the tenth substation equipment of the State Grid Corporation's power transmission and transformation project in 2018, 25 project units totaled 2,762 sets of tender transformers.Among them, Henan has 482 bids, accounting for 17.45%, ranking first, Jiangsu bidding 282, ranking second, accounting for 10.21%, Gansu bidding 191, accounting for 6.92%, ranking third.

Third, the transformer market supply situation

In the tender for the tenth substation equipment of the State Grid Corporation's power transmission and transformation project in 2018, the transformers were mainly from 25 project units.Among them, the number of successful bidders in Henan was 8 and ranked first; the number of successful bidders in Gansu was 7 and ranked second.

In terms of types of materials, 7758 sets of exchange arresters were approved, accounting for 99.51%; 37 sets of neutral point arresters were tendered, accounting for 0.49%.

Among them, Zhejiang has 1069 units, accounting for 14.04%, ranking first, Henan 917 units, ranking second, accounting for 12.04%, Jiangsu bidding 768 units, accounting for 10.09%, ranking third.

Neutral point arresters were tendered in five provinces including Henan, Hunan, Jilin, Liaoning and Sichuan.

From the perspective of voltage level, the number of bidding for 10kV arc suppression coils was the highest, at 212 units, accounting for 83.79%; the number of bidding for 35kV and 66kV arc suppression coils was small, 33 and 8 respectively.

Second, the bidding situation of the arc suppression coil provinces

In the tender for the tenth substation equipment of the State Grid Corporation's power transmission and transformation project in 2018, 25 project units totaled 253 arc suppression coils. Among them, Shandong bidding 37 units, accounting for 14.62%, ranked first, Henan bidding 36 units, ranked second, accounting for 14.23%, Zhejiang bidding 26 units, accounting for 10.28%, ranked third.

Third, the arc-suppression coil market supply situation

In the tender for the tenth substation equipment of the State Grid Corporation's power transmission and transformation project in 2018, the bidding coils were mainly from 25 project units. Among them, the number of successful bidders in Anhui, Hunan, Jilin, Weibei, Liaoning and Tianjin is 2, and the number of successful bidders in the remaining provinces is one.

In the tender for the tenth substation equipment of the State Grid Corporation's power transmission and transformation project in 2018, the total number of scalars in the arc suppression coil was 253, and a total of four companies won the bid, and no flow label occurred.

From the results of the winning bid, Siyuan Electric Co., Ltd. won the bid of 109 units, with a share of 43.08%, ranking first, and Xu Ji Electric Co., Ltd. won the bid of 93 units, with a share of 36.76%, ranking second, Hebei Xuhui Electric Co., Ltd. won the bid of 43 units, with a share of 17.00%, ranking third.
